Whitlow Construction is a premium builder of townhomes, row homes, and condominiums in Savannah’s Downtown Historic District. Jeff Whitlow came to Savannah in 1999 with a wealth of experience well suited for this type of construction in an urban setting. Once arriving in Savannah Jeff teamed with his father, Jerry Whitlow, and other developers, investors, and design and engineering consultants to totally transform an area of the west side of the Historic District once known as the Automotive District. This team displaced multiple used car lots, auto garages, and other blighted commercial buildings and transformed the area back to a vibrant residential area. By participating with this team Whitlow Construction completed more residential units than any other single builder in the historic district between 2000 –2007.
